MAIN STREET GALLERY in Glenwood Springs is planning a Retrospective of the works of RON HOEKSEMA starting October 10th and continuing through the month of October. Hoeksema has been known for many years as an extraordinary printmaker working in the medium of serigraphy . Area collectors will recognize his distinctive style and will delight in seeing a review of those images mixed with his more current oils of western Colorado. His paintings have an inkling of his old style, but show a progression of exploration and an appreciation of the differences between serigraphs and the demands of painting with oils. We look forward to spending an evening with Ron Hoeksema and we're sure our clients will cherish an opportunity to meet Ron and view his new works, as well as taking advantage of the rare opportunity to view and purchase a group of serigraphs most of which are "out-of print" and only available from the artists' private collection.
